How to Do the Full Goatee or Circle Beard Step-by-Step

Step 1

With your Wahl trimmer, trim your cheeks and neck clean.

Step 2

Let hair from the bottom of the chin up to and around the mouth grow for 2 to 3 weeks.

Step 3

Feel free to let whiskers on the chin grow fuller without being uneven.

Step 4

You’ll need at least three inches of hair on top to achieve this look. Start with freshly washed hair or use a spray bottle to dampen your hair and then comb it down to remove tangles.

Step 5

Always make sure to maintain areas that are meant to be clean-shaven.
