How to Trim a Chin Puff Goatee

Shave your cheeks, neck and mustache clean.

To create the initial shape, you want to leave at least a 1/2-inch of hair between the lower lip and chin.

Allow just this area to grow for a couple weeks to create a thick strip of hair. As it grows, use your Wahl trimmer to carefully craft the desired rectangular shape.

Let the puff grow beyond the chin for a better look. Those who do, make sure to trim and shape as you go. Up to 1 inch past the chin is a solid length for this look.
